Combustion thermometer

I don’t love how fat it is, honestly, but I’ve never made better steaks in my life. (Before you come for me I’m not a good enough cook to figure out the doneness of a steak by feel so this is essential.) Would recommend waiting for a sale though, I swear this used to be cheaper but tariffs I guess?
