Strawberry Shortcake

I have this every single year for my birthday and the celebration isn't complete until I've had one. I've had birthdays last weeks because of an inability to procure a strawberry shortcake, no joke. Beyond that, I'm convinced it's just the perfect cake; it's not overly rich, and it has fluffy icing and bright, sweet strawberries.
