Mid Century Medieval

The 1960s and 70s saw a surprising influence of fantasy/medieval silhouettes and symbols in both high and day-to-day alternative fashion. Think bell sleeves, gladiator boots, tunic tops, etc. Many areas of pop culture were also dripping with medieval nostalgia (ren faires, Monty Python, LOTR!).
