Little Gypsy Farms High Polyphenol Olive Oil

I've decided that the Greeks have it figured out. Good olive oil, fresh bread, long lunches, and absolutely no urgency to be anywhere. Little Gypsy Farms is bringing a bit of that energy into my kitchen. I've been pouring it on just about everything. Tomatoes, salads, bread, anything within reach.
