I have imposter syndrome so I’ve been nervous to wear one but I also don’t want my hair to turn to straw. So!

I also wet my hair fully before putting my cap on. Strands of hair are sponges, so if your hair has sucked up non-chlorinated water first, it won’t absorb as much chlorinated water in the pool
