If you’re missing Dolly this week or need a more general pick-me-up you probably need to watch this movie. The main character is the (absolutely delightful) fat teen daughter of a former beauty queen who enters a beauty pageant as an act of rebellion. Dolly Parton drag queens play a major role in this movie. It’s also based on a book by Julie Murphy who I adore! If this trailer doesn’t convince you then this movie isn’t for you and you may have no heart.
