Challengers (2024)
From Tumblr I’m under the impression that this should basically be shown in gender studies classes when they start talking about Eve Sedgwick etc’s concept of rivalry and homosocial behavior over a woman as projecting desire into a more acceptable form…
only Zendaya(Tashi??)’s into it and also holding the reins on this mess.
more to it? Prolly! Would watch it anyway. Love some sports movies that aren’t about sports.

“What a thrill. The only new release I’ve given a full 5 stars this decade. The kind of movie that makes you go “I love movies””
Jules
“polarizing but it’s five stars to me. don’t watch with your parents and or children unless you want psychological scars”
Anson
“It's a fun, perfect movie about the scorching effects of unchecked ambition on the rest of your life and what happens when you stake your identity on just a few things. I love it so much. Killer soundtrack and I love when the viewer becomes the tennis ball.”
