Chef Official Trailer (2014)

in response to Catherine Davis

I volunteer for a meal for the unhoused and before the meal our guests have an option to watch a movie- just to give them some time off the streets. I need recs for movies that are not violent or sexy and no drugs or alcohol abuse but also not children’s movies. Also must be available on DVD. I know, so niche.

“Feel good movie that makes me smile, wish I had a dad, and miss 2014 social media landscape simultaneously”

Leslie

“It’s so wholesome I find myself stupidly smiling through it all. And then I follow it up with the chef show on Netflix with Roy Choi. Especially the Jonathan gold episode. And then if I am feeling really nostalgic I follow THAT up with City of Gold (the Jonathan gold documentary)”

Sarai Reed

“The best feel good movie with the best soundtrack.”
