Ottolenghi & Goh’s Gevulde Speculaas

second this, and my rec to this list was going to be speculaas biscuits (developed to use up the spice mixture he has you create). they’re a roll out cookie that bakes up beautifully, they are always the fan favorite in my cookie baskets - enough that i am not allowed to rotate them out. i use a xmas light bulb shaped cutter and decorate them with flaked almonds to look like pinecones. recipe is in Sweet on the very next page! also various places on the internet
