Trader Joe's Peonies

Kaley Moore

“Buy them barely open, plop in a vase of water on a table in sunlight and watch them bloom all day. A little bit of joy”

“While I love bouquets as much as anyone, I haven't figured out how to take care of them very well, despite my best efforts. But! A stall at our local farmers market offers single peonies. Last summer, I treated myself to one each week that they were in season and it was such a joy. And easy peasy to take care of!”
