1044 Pacific Street, Santa Monica
$2,395,000

Leaving my feelings and thoughts on landlords aside, this is a pretty sick opportunity to own a 5 unit, MCM post and beam in Ocean Park... at UNDER 500k per unit. I'm assuming the price is on the lower side because the four occupied units are way, way under market rent. Otherwise this would be a mind boggling deal at this price, in this location at this condition.

I could never deal with those Santa Monica carports again though
@weill
This is valid. What is it with the carports? I've never dealt with them first hand but I have heard of a disproportionate amount of issues they've caused people.
@devan
Oh I’m sure they worked just fine for the average car at one time in history but not today!
