The town was established in 1950 for the production of weapons-gradeplutonium. The flag shows a Bear Splitting an atom. Not sure what else needs to be said.

I am not, for better or worse the online flag content I’m familiar with is the SNL digital short “Flags of the World” which upon recent rewatch, could unfortunately be aging better.
