Flag of Guam

Guam's flag is largely a dark blue field representing the Pacific Ocean, bordered in red to symbolize the blood spilled during WWII and Spanish occupation. At the center is an almond-shaped seal resembling a traditional Chamoru sling stone, featuring a flying proa (outrigger canoe) and a coconut palm.

There's a few flags that feel a little like amateur artwork in a way I adore. This is my second favorite among them. Also side note, so funny that it just says 'GUAM' front and center in all caps like that.
