Dave Zackin makes unhinged vessels (plates, bowls, jars, vases etc.), which I love and my boyfriend finds disturbing. I love weird, functional work and have collected a few bowls and plates over the years! They are so zany and make me happy whenever I use them

“I love his shit! I have a couple pieces, and if you're strapped for cash (it's me) he does a seconds sale once a year or so. Also a great gift for the weirdo in your life.”
