Where gave these been all my nights?? Also this sleep regimen sounds dreamy… From CHIARA:these + the “sleeping with celebrities” podcast. also!!!!! as I’m getting ready for bed / before going to sleep, I turn on a bedside lamp with a smart lightbulb and make it the color RED. the absence of blue light and the kind of simulated sunset feeling makes you sleeeepy but you can still see stuff in your room until you’re ready to turn out the light. it’s very calming! call me Roxanne because I love that dang red light. source: I had insomnia for apprx 500 years but now I do not.

For the bodies.

I bought a version of this on Amazon. I loved it until I fell asleep with it on and was jolted awake by the announcement, “POWERING OFF!” I assume these don’t do that!
