Combine Two Varieties of Flowers

For a wow-factor arrangement, just buy a lot of two very different varieties of flowers and combine! One variety should be smaller with a lot of volume (think hydrangea or something leafy) and one should be a center-of-attention flower, like sunflowers, iris, dahlias, delphinium, etc. The more opposing the better.
