Malibu Honey Buckwheat Honey

I hate to tell Thomas Keller his business, but he really should be using this honey to make his butternut squash soup! If you've ever had or made his soup, you know it's on another level. But the difference from the caramel and nutty notes in this honey - wow, just wow. Whoever thought honey made from Santa Monica Mountain's native buckwheat flowers would be so, so good - on everything! Malibu Honey has been practicing sustainable and ethical beekeeping since 2011. P.S. If you're going to make his soup, you might as well go the long extra mile and make his vegetable stock, too - it's worth it.
