I don’t wanna jinx this but so far (57%) this is a real crisp and delicious read — we’re not skimping on dialogue and we’re having a lot of fun letting these two smarties circle one another. My library hold came good ages ahead of schedule because they ordered tons of additional copies, so I get the sense this book needs no assist. BUT! If you hadn’t heard! Now you have. I will comment again once I’m done. My only critique: ain’t nobody sanding their decrepit BK apartment floors without lotsa PPE and annoying plastic sheeting everywhere. Otherwise: A 💎
