A Silly Little Seltzer Drink

I made this refreshing beauty once by mistake and now it’s for keeps:

Small glob of agave

Splash of vanilla extract

Several drops of classic bitters

Lots of ice, fill the rest with plain bubble water

Tastes for all the world like root beer without the bag o’ sugar effect. A personal dream ☁️
