the chips that get more flavor-blasted than the other chips

is this by design? do they, like, have meetings strategizing the amount of these chips? it’s not that I’m the only one noticing this OR MAYBE IT IS I suppose this is how to find out

EDITED TO ADD: this chip is of course a Sun Chip in Harvest Cheddar flavor but I am not confining my inquiry to only the Sun Chip family as I think we all know that many chips dabble in this practice
