Silk Sleep Mask, but cheap af

My partner is wonderful, but he has the worst sleep hygiene I have ever seen in my life. Eating, watching - you name the rule, he’s breaking it. He doesn’t sleep easily or well and I see about a million areas that he could change if he wanted to, but after a few turns around Reason St. and Logic Ave. with no progress, it was time to duck down Put on Your Own Mask First Alley and preserve the peace.

I wanted something in a timeless color, made of silk with eye cups. I wanted it to go all the way around my head with a wide strap, and come with a case to store and use for travel.

There are quite a few available in this style, but this was the cheapest I found - I bought the navy color - and I have been so happy with it.

It’s comfortable enough that I can slide it around my head with the mask on my forehead while I’m still participating in bedtime screen viewing, but as soon as I start to fade I can pull that baby right down and be in total darkness. The eye cups keep pressure off my eyelids, too. And, I kind of feel sleepy chic in it when it’s up off my face. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
