Chasing the Avgolemono Dragon

I love Avgolemono very deeply. When it is good, it is life changing. When it isn’t exceptional it will make you cry from disappointment. I haven’t found the perfect restaurant version in town, so I am hoping this might mean I could have it whenever I want?
