UUSI tarot/oracle trinity: not just pure art but also functional as powerful sets of cards to divine. i have the tarot/supra oracle and using them (especially supra oracle which is based on jungian philosophy) has given my readings more depth and has aided/guided me through my shadow work. i highly recommend getting the guidebooks with the deck.

if i were to pick a deck that best describes my overall vibe and philosophy, it would be this. 10/10 for hitting the mark on all points. big fan.

Ithell Colquhoun’s Taro As Colour Deck: tarot reinterpreted by genius surrealist painter (and golden dawn member) ithell colquhoun and reproduced/released by fulgur press. the cards are larger than most decks I’ve come across, scented (heavenly), and have evolved my relationship with tarot!

The Urban Tarot: A love letter to New York City, in all its griminess and glory. Robin does incredible work interpreting each card, and shares a bunch about her process in the included booklet. Her style is digital collage with a lot of striking textures and contrasting colors. I bet it would look great on your table!

(Also, it features yours truly as the model for Strength and Justice!)

David Keenan + Sophy Hollington's Complete Autonomic Tarot: The Autonomic Tarot has an unusual origin story—it grew from ideas in David Keenan's beloved cult novel, This is Memorial Device. Keenan then wrote a "'channeled' text" (called To Run Wild With It) that "reimagined the deck as the unfolding of parallel stories alive with uncanny oracular detail" and worked with Hollington to make a companion deck that would be a "glam-punk portal." The art is fantastic, in the truest sense of the word—woodcut images of jazzy clog-wearing witches, wobble-fingered hands, grinning mouths, whirling suns, and off-kilter stars, rendered with Hollington's distinctive electricity.

One of my favorite decks (I'm not a practitioner, though; just an appreciator + collector of card art.)
