Tell me your fave indie bookshops with esp good merch. Extra credit for soft tee-shirts!

This is my new(ish) favorite bookstore in town. Housed in the old neighborhood post office of Hyde Park, First Light offers a curated selection of really enticing books, a delightful children’s section, and irresistible stationery.

I especially love that they always have some great event going on - something like an author reading from their latest book or a fun spelling bee for adults. No t-shirts, I’m afraid. They do sell this tote, though and I for one would love for it join my collection of way too many cute totes.
