Baladi Egyptian Sourdough Pocket Bread

I find traditional pita pockets that come in a plastic bag too dry, and we often don't get through a whole bag before they go bad. With these, you can just pull one out as needed and have fresher, fluffier pocket breads in a matter of seconds.
