“I loved this book on grief, friendship, and memory. It was striking how this coming of age story could capture so many emotions in such a realistic and nostalgic way. It helped me to process my own stories of grief and how to support those in grief. Also, all of the relationships were so well described. It was a fast read.”

“Clever set up and surprisngly funny with a really strong narrator. It’s a story about grief and love and finding yourself - like so many are - but Muharrar finds something new to say.”
