NC500

Depending on how long your holiday is, I would highly recommend doing the NC500 (or even just a stretch of it)! The easiest way to make sure everyone has their own space would be to rent a couple of sprinter vans. Wild camping is legal in Scotland, so you wouldn't have to worry about planning out every campsite ahead of time. BUT if camping isn't your style, my husband and I went the Airbnb route, which was great!
