Aer Backpacks

Looking for recommendations for stylish & functional everyday bags, preferably a backpack. I am a local journalist who runs around town all day, and I am tired of my 10-year-old Northface bag. My ideal bag needs a sleeve for a laptop, a pocket for odds and ends (chargers, pens, etc), and enough room for a large Hyrdoflask water bottle, daily planner, and notebook. It’s a pro if it can withstand walking, bike and bus commutes and not make my back ache or render me off balance. But I also don’t want it to give off the air of flagrantly orthopedic shoes, y’know?
