20th Century Women

Abby Phoenix

“I just rewatched this movie for the first time since I saw it in the theater, and it’s such a perfect love story and ode to exactly what it says: women of the 20th century who lived through so much change. None of it would work at all though without the luminous, crackling, and frankly, very sexy performance from Annette Bening. I’m ashamed to say I never thought much about her before I saw this —”
