Pepcid AC Maximum Strength 20 mg, 100 Tablets

I’ve tried a lot of products for EDS — compression socks; the Visible band — but hands down the most transformative has been taking a Claritin and a Pepcid every day. I don’t fully understand why this works except that Claritin is an H1 antihistamine and Pepcid is an H2 antihistamine; either way, it has stabilized a constant fuzzy stress feeling and reduced my brain fog significantly.
