The Empire Strikes Back

Mallory Carra

“Copied from my Letterboxd review: Boy, did this movie (and LOTR: THE TWO TOWERS) make me miss the era when sequels expanded the world and didn't just repeat clever lines and asides wink, wink, nudge from the original hit movies. Because this movie expands the world of STAR WARS, but in all fun, useful and even dark ways. Luke goes on a soul Jedi quest with Yoda to the swamp and I didn't know that”

“For me, it’s without question, the greatest movie I’ve ever seen. It was the first movie I watched in a theater in 1981 as a little kid and I just became attached.”
