Gin

A really good Gin is an essential on any home bar.

A really good Gin is a core base spirit for many classic cocktails like a Negroni or Martini. Or a really good Gin can be served straight up because it might have vibrant herbal or floral taste.

Having at least a dry gin and a floral gin would be my recommendation since they have distinctly different taste profiles and smells.

One outstanding gin on my home bar is Sông Cái. This floral gin from Việt Nam is absolutely incredible served straight up, in a Gin & Tonic cocktail or a Martini.
