What are your favorite fall bucket list items? (and I'm all about the stereotypical ones like getting pumpkin spice lattes!)

There are few sights as lovely as seeing massive fields of these flowers blooming, ready to be cut and sold in local markets! Atlixco, Puebla is excellent for this.
