How are we freezing homemade pesto? My house keeps a Strategic Pesto Reserve from the garden every summer, but big ice cube trays aren’t quite a full serving size, and the other containers we’ve tried just aren’t cutting it.

Freeze your pesto in a ziploc sandwich bag, spread flat.: Very easy! And stores flat. When you want to use it, you can cut off a portion and put the rest back in the freezer.

Small canning jars: I use a mix of canning jars - from 4oz to 8oz generally, for freezing things like pesto! I find a mix pf sizes from single-meal to a week or two's worth tends to work well for how we use it!
