Wear whatever the hell you want, as long as you know it’s beautiful. Force the culture to catch up to you instead of waiting for permission to be yourself. Be undeniably good. Sidestep conversational bear traps with humor and unrelenting compassion. Refuse to be petty. Show the world what you believe not by talking about it, but by consistently doing it. Be unfailingly generous and giving while keeping a corner of your life sacred and private. Be perennially willing to inconvenience yourself in service to others without ever being a doormat. And never stop trying to show people the beauty in the world and within themselves, no matter how much shit they throw at you for it.
