Korean Scorched Rice/Narungji

Croutons have left the building.

This rice has a crispy texture with a nutty, toasty flavor.

I crumble it into soups, salads, or anywhere else that needs some texture and crunch. I especially like adding it to the top of fried rice (home made or delivery!)
