Thanksgiving but also big dinner party recommendations - GO! I am hosting my second Thanksgiving for about ~12 but here's the kicker: I don't do turkey! My guests do not care about it! Give me your favorite big dinner rec for a non-turkey main dish and some sides to pair with it.

I have yet to find anyone not astonished by these ribs…the hardest part of making this is assembling the ingredients. The sauce is a treasure that gives and gives. I recommend doubling the shallots.

I serve with the cucumber salad, but I also typically serve a Japanese potato salad too.
