What changed your relationship with saying no? I’ve always struggled with saying no — even when I’m aware I don’t have the time, energy, or capacity to say yes. And being too willing to accommodate other people has come at the expense of my own time, priorities, and peace. I’m curious for those who’ve gotten better at saying no: was there a moment, realization, or shift in perspective that changed it for you? What helped you stop seeing “no” as letting someone down and start seeing it as something else? Would love to hear your thoughts!!!

This book took me forever to get through… because I’m terrible at putting myself first! That said, it really helped me identify patterns. There are excellent exercises at the end of each chapter!
