Reply 1988 feels a little like being dropped into a Seoul neighborhood in 1988. You're inside people's homes, around their dinner tables, watching how the neighborhood works and how involved everyone is in each other's lives. It's a fictional story but the Brazil Tteok-bokki, a snack bar they keep talking about, was actually real.
