this is marketed as either for skin or babies but it change the way I sleep. It's always on when the heat is on and keeps those sinuses moist. it's cool mist, has a filter so you can use tap water, and it's easy to clean (most parts go in the dishwasher and there's a larger opening on the water tank so you can actually get in there). People ask me about this all the time because I never shut up about it from oct-may. Here's my IG highlight about it
