Crumb cake with a massive stack of crumb!

This one specifically is from Danny’s Bayshore Bagel’s in Barnegat, NJ. It was the perfect crumb cake - crumb to cake consistency was chef’s kiss! They make these every weekend and I am obsessed. Was the perfect treat for the nor’easter weekend at the shore!
