started saying YES

some small shift clicked where i just started leaning into life a bit more (rather than waiting on other to join in or get their approval) and it's been very rewarding 😭

this year alone I've:

• gone to Iceland without wondering if i """deserve""" to go or second guessing the invite from new friends

• booked a solo surf retreat in Portugal for 2027 (have never surfed in my life???)

• led major events & campaigns at work - all while my boss was ooo

• just did the damn thing alone vs. inviting others and then waiting for them to respond (cough people pleasing tendencies cough)

• saw a play in London alone while in town for work

• and more to freaking come!!!
