This is a beautiful, peak 90s children’s film that all of us loved watching or rediscovering.

A classic

I just watched this with my six year old! I know all the pets make it but
I’m still a blubbering mess at the end when Shadow doesn’t come over the hill right away… “He’s old- it was too far…” 😭

Oh I know I know
@josefine319
The way I gasped when I saw this rec.
@sydmusic
Probably saw it 100x as a kid and it still hits
@maurafrana
It aged well! My 3 and 6 year olds love it, and I actually enjoy watching with them, haha. So comforting to hear Sally Field and Michael J Fox.

“Continuing our dog kick over here. A nostalgic family classic that still remains a favorite for us and a new favorite for our daughter, she loves Sassy. Have tissues on hand.”
