Jazz Bible, history, essential albums, the Jazz phone book. I just will randomly flip through its 1,378 pages and discover something new! My drum teacher recommended this - amazing and pretty cheap on eBay / used book outlets. Sure, you can use the internet but every thing at your finger tips is much more exciting.
