Quick weekend trip to DC~šŖ½ #1 rec I got from friendsāthat I will pass on hereāis Yellow. The pita was actually so good and satisfied all cravings. Definitely want to try falafel in the future. The hummus?! Splendid. Itās quite busy but the long line moves fast.
I was eyeing the pastries and would come back to try. Maybe earlier in the morning bc they were swept by 2pm. Learned once again that Iām not a huge fan of salt on ice cream. But the labne soft serve itself was bomb.
ordered: chicken pita (āļø), steak pita, habanada carrot hummus, labne soft serve

āThis cafe restaurant popped up in Georgetown within the last couple years just a few blocks from where I grew up. I visit home 2-3 times a year and make it my mission to get the peanut dalgona iced latte and breakfast egg pita at least once. The line gets long fast so go early. Iāve also been for dinner and itās divine (somehow managed to get in without a wait)ā
