Next week, I’m inheriting my Grandma’s beloved Steinway piano (she saved money to buy it when she was a music teacher). It’s been a while since I’ve taken lessons - any good refresher piano courses or sheet music to help me play again?

Playing Piano
•••
Honestly the best thing you can do as someone trying to get into playing piano is playing something you enjoy. Play songs you know, sing over the chords, search up “[song title] easy piano” and something will surely come up. If you play something you enjoy, then you’ll actually be motivated to practice. That consistency is the biggest thing that will make you better and continue playing. The technique will come later but the next thing someone who is just starting or returning to playing piano is actually finding the motivation to play regularly. Learning and playing songs you love is the best way to get that motivation in my experience
