Manchester by the sea (2016)

there are wounds that never fully heal. in their endless grief, there is something so honest and human about these characters.

we are only fragile beings who have to keep carrying those wounds with us as we live on and face despair. some pain can be overcome. some is too deep to move past, too heavy to forget. all you can do is leave it to time, lean on it, keep going with the pain and hope that it will hurt a little less one day.

and still, those left behind have to keep living i guess
