Sandwiches for dinner

When it’s hot and we don’t feel like cooking, a sandwich is usually the answer. It’s affordable, crowd pleasing and each person in the household can make it their own. When I am on deadline, I make sure to have sandwich ingredients stocked. I never get sick of sandwiches. Sandwiches for dinner deserve far more praise than they currently receive.
