Okay I have an extensive cookbook collection, but I know there are some great ones out there I don't have and my birthday is coming up... What is your FAVORITE cookbook or baking book to COOK FROM? honorable mentions for ones that inspire you are welcome too, but if you don't cook from it please specify ;) Extra special bonus if they are from small publishers, self published, or from lesser known chefs!
This is one of my favorite cookbooks. She really delves into the why as well as the how and it’s transformed the way I bake, especially as a GF DF person. She and her recipes are on socials under The Loopy Whisk.
