One of the most beautiful parts of winter in LA is the radicchio varieties we get. So many shades of pinks & greens that make your lunches look like paintings. I made a really delicious salad with some rosa del veneto radicchio, a persimmon dressing, burrata, pink lucy glo apples , etc.

“Chicories are back in season!!! And my favorite, the pink radicchio, I've been buying at LA Grocery and Cafe when I'm too lazy to go to the farmers market. Crunchy, fresh, and just slightly bitter. Yum!! I like to make the Four Horsemen anchovy salad dressing with them.”
